Why Christian Family Insurance Brokers?

Founding

Christian Family Insurance Brokers Inc. was founded in 1995 by Ronald and Norma Hitchlock, a husband and wife insurance team, they have owned and operated successful insurance broker firms in Ontario for over 30 years.  Norma has always maintained a deep connection with the Christian community stemming from her upbringing on a farm in New Brunswick.  Out of that connection, and experience in the insurance industry, Norma became aware of the need for an insurance program designed for the Christian community.  At a time when group programs for home and auto insurance were uncommon, the Hitchlocks worked together to develop the vision and plan for Christian Family Insurance.

Philosophy 

“Helping Others … Protecting Yourself”
The Christian Family Insurance Group seeks to encourage a safe home environment as well as safe driving practices for members and their families.  The end result being a platform for reduced premiums, and an opportunity to support the Christian community.  Christian Family Insurance Brokers is not a registered Non-Profit Organization, however donations are sown back into Christian ministries, both local and those supporting causes worldwide (such as:  Youth for Christ, Orphanages in Haiti, Christian Schools & support for missions trip to Kenya).

Who Can Apply

The group plan is offered to leaders and congregations of Christian churches, Christian education and related organizations.  Only one church or organizational confirmation is required to cover the membership of such groups, and many are already part of our constantly growing family.
